Contract | Onsite | Nights/Evenings – 5x8-Hour Shifts (shift start times vary: 15:00–23:30 and 19:00–03:30) | Weekend availability may be required based on unit needs

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures including abdomen, chest, head, vascular, musculoskeletal, and neurological studies with and/or without contrast
• Conduct advanced procedures including brain perfusion, CT arthrography, myelography (cervical, lumbar, thoracic), colonography, drainage, aspirations, and biopsies
• Perform multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and operate Siemens and Philips CT equipment (hard requirement)
• Start peripheral IVs and assist with contrast administration as required
• Document and manage patient records using Epic EMR (required)
• Support Emergency Department and Adult Acute Care imaging needs; no floating between units

Required Qualifications

• Active California state license required at time of submission
• ARRT CT certification required
• BLS certification required
• Proficiency with Siemens and Philips CT systems (hard requirement)
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted
• Must pass an onsite Advanced EKG exam (20 questions, 17 rhythm strips, 3 general questions; 80% minimum passing score; two attempts permitted within a 45-minute time limit)
• Local candidates accepted at the travel rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Emergency Department and Adult Acute Care settings
• Familiarity with vascular chest imaging including pulmonary embolism protocols, CTA, and aortic studies
• Experience with advanced CT procedures such as myelography, CT arthrography, and virtual colonography
