Contract | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36 hours/week | 3x12-hour shifts | Every other weekend | Every other holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Deliver neurological assessments and nursing interventions for neuro patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing experience
• Strong proficiency in telemetry monitoring and neurological nursing care
• Travel nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with MediTech electronic health record system
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-acuity patient population in a fast-paced environment
