CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–8:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures across multiple care settings including Emergency Department, inpatient, outpatient, and affiliated clinics
• Float between ED, main campus, outpatient, and nearby clinic locations as assigned
• Operate GE imaging equipment in accordance with facility protocols and standards
• Document and manage patient imaging data using Epic EMR
• Report to assigned unit or relief team in the event of a declared emergency, as directed by unit manager
• Work all holidays that fall on a regularly scheduled workday

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CT specialty
• Experience in ED, inpatient, and outpatient settings required
• Epic EMR experience required
• GE equipment experience required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Compact or Louisiana state license in hand at time of submittal
• Must live more than 65 miles from the facility (as measured from address on driver's license to facility address) — local travelers are not accepted
• First-time travelers will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating across multiple imaging sites or campus locations
• Familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced acute care or emergency imaging environments
• Strong adaptability and ability to work independently across varied clinical settings
