CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Meridian, ID | Acute Care
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Night Shift | Three 12-hour shifts per week with staggered start times
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a high volume of CT imaging studies (approximately 100 scans per day) including neuro, body, MSK, angio, interventional, and cardiac imaging
- Operate Siemens CT scanners (Siemens Force and Siemens Definition AS) within a two-scanner Radiology department
- Utilize EPIC EMR and Change Healthcare PACS for imaging documentation and archiving
- Start and manage intravenous (IV) lines as required for contrast administration — IV experience is required
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotation coverage as needed
- Complete 1–2 weeks of department-specific orientation with a designated preceptor
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification in CT (Computed Tomography) required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Demonstrated IV placement experience
- Proficiency with Siemens CT equipment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience preferred
- Experience with EPIC EMR and Change Healthcare PACS
- Familiarity with a broad range of CT studies including interventional and cardiac imaging
