Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3 × 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician
• Apply the nursing process to collaborate with patients, family members, and the broader healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care
• Direct and supervise nursing support staff in accordance with standards of nursing practice and departmental policies and procedures
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing principles, theories, and evidence-based methods and techniques
• Communicate effectively with professional peers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Compact RN License required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Stroke and Telemetry certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry clinical specialty
