Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Weekend and holiday rotations based on operational need

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry inpatient setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms, including identification of lethal arrhythmias
• Float to other units as needed based on operational requirements
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license
• BLS certification required – American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum of two years of acute care experience within the last three years in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
• Epic electronic health records experience required
• Must pass a Telemetry exam prior to start (passing score of 80% or higher; 100% identification of lethal rhythms required on adult exam)
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with cardiac rhythm interpretation including advanced arrhythmias and heart blocks
• Familiarity with both adult and pediatric telemetry monitoring
• Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care environment
