Contract | Full-Time | Days (3x12-Hour Shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within a Level II Trauma Center environment
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5, delivering safe and effective nursing care
• Float between units and, as needed, to nearby sister facilities as directed by facility leadership
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• At least one prior travel contract required (seasoned traveler)
• Must be willing to float between units and nearby sister facilities
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submission — post-offer RTO requests may not be granted
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard rates; locals within 50 miles may be considered at a lower rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a short-term acute care or high-acuity hospital setting
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and Medical Surgical workflows
• Demonstrated flexibility with scheduling and unit float assignments
