Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry float pool setting
• Float to all Med Surg areas as needed based on facility census and staffing demands
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing
• EPIC EMR proficiency required
• No requested time off (RTO) during the contract period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior float pool experience across multiple Med Surg units
• Strong adaptability and ability to quickly acclimate to varying patient populations and unit workflows
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
