CT / X-Ray Technologist (Travel Contract)

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Expected 36 hours/week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-Ray exams independently across inpatient and Emergency Department settings
• Support stabilize/ship workflow for traumas and strokes
• Operate GE VCT and Discovery RT CT scanners, GE Difinium portable units, and GE XR646 digital X-ray rooms
• Utilize Meditech EHR and Change Healthcare (McKesson PACS) systems
• Complete order prep tasks during lower-volume periods to support overall department workflow
• Collaborate with night shift teammates, including a night ultrasound technologist, and communicate effectively with providers

Required Qualifications

• Active CT and X-Ray License required
• Oregon (OBMI) State License required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience performing both CT and X-Ray exams independently
• Ability to manage both modalities simultaneously in a single-tech night environment
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Surgery C-Arm experience
• Fluoroscopy experience
• Familiarity with trauma and stroke imaging workflows in an acute care or ED setting
