Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services within an outpatient clinic setting
Evaluate and treat patients with a focus on outpatient rehabilitation needs
Deliver care across multiple clinic locations, with expected presence at a secondary office location a few days per week based on scheduling needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient goals and clinical standards

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Georgia or eligibility to obtain
Outpatient occupational therapy experience required
Valid driver's license must be included in candidate profile
Must reside at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in orthopedics and/or hand therapy strongly preferred
Ability to work effectively across multiple clinic locations
