Contract | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient patient care
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties as required during orthopedic and spine surgical cases
• Maintain accurate intraoperative documentation and adhere to facility protocols and standards
• Monitor patient status throughout the surgical procedure and respond appropriately to changes in condition

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 18 months of Operating Room experience within the past 3 years
• Current BLS certification required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedic and/or spine surgical cases
• Familiarity with both scrub and circulating roles in the OR
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced surgical environment
