Contract | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 3x12s | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend | Every other holiday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a MedSurg/Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Deliver neurologically focused assessments and care for applicable patient populations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 3 years of MedSurg/Telemetry experience
- Strong proficiency in telemetry monitoring and neurological care
- Prior travel nursing experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with MediTech electronic health record system
- Familiarity with fast-paced acute care environments
