Contract | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Level 3 Trauma Center environment
• Work a schedule of four 10-hour day shifts per week, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Participate in on-call rotation, approximately once per week within a 6-week schedule; on-call hours run from end of shift at 5:30 PM through 7:00 AM the following day
• Fulfill weekend on-call coverage, expected approximately once every 5 weeks (Saturday or Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
• Must be able to respond to the facility within 30 minutes of being contacted by a supervisor while on call

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or compact license eligibility
• Ability to respond to the facility within 30 minutes while on call
• Willingness and availability to participate in on-call and weekend call rotations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a trauma center or acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with on-call nursing responsibilities and trauma response protocols
