Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (Nights)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) Birthing Center setting
- Monitor and support laboring patients with a patient ratio of 1:5
- Collaborate with a patient-focused interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high-quality obstetric care
- Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation
- Fulfill weekend and on-call requirements as directed by the facility
- Float to other units as needed — float requirement is non-negotiable
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license with Labor and Delivery experience required
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Labor & Delivery
- Required certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP
- Flu vaccination or client-approved exemption required for assignments running November 1 through April 1
- Must be willing and able to float as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EPIC EMR
- Demonstrated ability to work as a flexible, positive team player in a fast-paced birthing center environment
- Comfort with on-call and weekend scheduling requirements
