Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, hands-on physical therapy with an emphasis on manual therapy techniques in an outpatient setting
• Deliver sports medicine, orthopedic, and post-surgical rehabilitation in coordination with surgeons and physicians
• Perform specialized techniques including instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, dry needling, and a variety of therapeutic modalities
• Conduct biomechanical evaluations and guide patients through corrective and functional exercise programs
• Support balance, fall prevention, and vestibular rehabilitation programs as needed
• Participate in occupational health services including ergonomic evaluations, work conditioning, and return-to-work assessments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience — no new graduates
• Outpatient experience required
• Orthopedic experience required
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license — must be current and in hand at time of submission
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification — must be current and in hand at time of submission
• Must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — no locals

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Inpatient physical therapy experience highly preferred
• Experience with vestibular rehabilitation and fall prevention programs
• Skilled manual therapist with a hands-on approach to patient care
