Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 4×10-hour shifts with on-call | Start Time: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Angiography / Interventional Radiology setting with a 1:1 patient ratio across 3 labs (2 dedicated IR labs and 1 Hybrid OR)
- Perform and assist with procedures including Permcath, Port Placement, Thrombectomy, Atherectomy, TVAR, TIPS, EVAR, PE management, Stroke, and Trauma interventions
- Manage critical care drip (gtt) administration and support stroke and trauma care protocols
- Operate and support use of specialized equipment including IVUS, Shockwave, Angio Jet, and Jet Stream
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC Cupid electronic health record system
- Participate in on-call rotation as required by unit scheduling
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Georgia
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Critical Care and/or Angiography / Interventional Radiology
- ICU or Emergency Room experience required
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with stroke and trauma care in an interventional or critical care environment
- Familiarity with EPIC Cupid documentation system
- Experience working within multi-disciplinary procedural teams (RN, ARRT/RTR, RCIS)
- Comfort with high-acuity patient populations and complex vascular procedures
