Key Responsibilities

• Manage and treat an outpatient pelvic health caseload or orthopedic caseload depending on area of specialization
• Provide skilled physical therapy evaluation and treatment in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Deliver post-operative, spine, lower extremity, and/or sports rehabilitation as applicable to specialty
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Expected to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Georgia Physical Therapist license
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty
• Must be a pelvic health PT with Herman & Wallace Level 1 certification or APTA Pelvic Health certification, OR a strong orthopedic PT with post-op, spine, lower extremity, and/or sports experience — no new graduates
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Dual proficiency in both pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation and EMR systems
