Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with facility standards and care plans
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to comply with facility badge and identification requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a registry or contract staffing capacity
- Strong documentation and communication skills
