Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions in alignment with department objectives
• Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
• Float to other sites as needed based on staffing and census demands, with a primary assigned location
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system throughout daily clinical duties

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required (only if license was obtained on or after January 2007, or foreign equivalent)
• Active Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
• EPIC experience: Required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Two or more years of occupational therapy experience
• Comfort and flexibility with floating to multiple clinical sites as needed
