Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | 3x12's (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on an 18-bed Medical/Surgical unit serving a general adult acute care population
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:6, delivering safe and effective nursing care throughout each shift
• Utilize EPIC EMR (required) for accurate and timely documentation of patient information
• Rotate every other weekend and holiday as required by unit scheduling
• Adhere to facility dress code, including navy blue scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license – West Virginia state license or valid Compact license required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
• WV Cares certification (please include or indicate current status upon application)
• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR is required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Medical/Surgical with Telemetry (Med Surg/Tele)
• Familiarity with acute care hospital environments
