Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services on a 20-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit serving neuro and orthopedic patient populations
• Manage a patient caseload with ratios of approximately 5–6 patients per therapist
• Utilize Epic and Nethealth EHR systems for documentation and patient management
• Work an 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM shift, with one weekend per month required
• Float between two facilities as needed based on unit demand

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Indiana required
• Minimum 1 year of experience; years of experience considered flexible
• Experience working with adult patient populations
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt in a dynamic clinical environment
• Note: Indiana is not a compact licensure state — a state-specific license is required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Experience treating neurological diagnoses and conditions
• Familiarity with Epic and/or Nethealth EHR platforms
