Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting with a patient ratio of 1:2, with potential float to Stepdown (1:3–4) and Medical/Surgical overflow
Float to Stepdown and Medical/Surgical departments as needed
Participate in call rotation as required (rarely needed)
Document and manage patient care using Cerner EMR
Adhere to holiday requirements, including at least one winter holiday
Follow facility scrub color standards (Royal Blue)

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience required
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
NIHSS certification required
TNCC certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience floating to Stepdown and Medical/Surgical units
Familiarity with Cerner EMR
Ability to work in a fast-paced, mixed-acuity environment
