Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with some flexibility | Minimal weekend and holiday coverage expected

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments across outpatient, inpatient, and home care settings
• Provide supervision of PTAs as required
• Utilize equipment including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, traction, and iontophoresis
• Document patient care using EPIC electronic charting
• May float to other therapy locations within the organization as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Physical Therapist (PT) License
• BLS Certification
• Minnesota Background Study
• Minimum 1 year of experience with orthopedic and rehabilitation skills
• Must live within 80 miles of the facility to be eligible for local placement consideration

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in both outpatient and inpatient therapy settings
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records
• Experience with PTA supervision
