Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients, conducting 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10–11 patients per day and up to 50 patients per week
• Document clinical notes using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted scribe technology
• Collaborate with front desk staff, rehab aides, a PTA float, and a PT Clinic Manager in an open-concept clinic environment
• Treat a diverse patient mix including commercial, Medicare, and workers' compensation cases

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Indiana or eligibility to obtain
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work a structured Monday–Friday schedule with rotating shift times

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; no minimum years of experience required
• New graduates will be considered
• Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic documentation systems
• Comfort working in a collaborative, multi-clinician clinic environment
