Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Expected 72–96 hours bi-weekly
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department with a 1:4 patient ratio
- Work within a Trauma Level 2 facility, Comprehensive Stroke Center, Comprehensive Cardiac Center, and Pediatric Hospital in a Hospital
- Maintain a key focus on Sepsis performance metrics and protocols
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management
- Adhere to block scheduling requirements; consecutive block scheduling may be available
- Must be available to work both Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays — no RTO during blackout dates
Required Qualifications
- Active Indiana RN licensure required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 5 or more years of Emergency Department experience strongly preferred
- TNCC, PALS/ENPC, and/or NRP certifications preferred
- Prior experience in a Trauma Level 2 or high-acuity emergency setting
