Key Responsibilities

Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment programs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, customers, and referral sources to support resident care goals
Communicate effectively with residents and families, maintaining a resident- and family-focused approach
Contribute to building a positive facility culture as an engaged team member
Implement and monitor occupational therapy interventions in a long term care setting

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience in a long term care (LTC) setting
Active Texas OT license or compact state license required
BLS certification (American Heart Association) required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Strong collaboration and team-building skills
Experience fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and referral sources
