Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to an outpatient population
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
- Meet a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Participate in double-booking of follow-up visits as expected by the facility
- May be required to float to other clinic locations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required or ability to obtain licensure in Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be considered at a local rate
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Comfort managing a high-volume patient caseload
- Experience with productivity-driven clinical environments
