CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Saturday, Sunday, Monday | 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging for Emergency Department and inpatient populations during weekend day shifts
• Float to X-Ray as needed to support departmental coverage
• Assist with patient transport to and from the Emergency Department as required
• Communicate with off-site radiologists using secure paging systems for reads and clinical questions
• Operate within a primary stroke center environment, adhering to associated protocols and standards
• Utilize Epic – Radiant EMR system for radiology workflow and documentation

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification required
• ARRT (CT) certification required
• BLS certification required
• South Carolina Radiology license required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field; first-time travelers may be considered based on experience
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the relevant flagship facility to be eligible; candidates 50–99.9 miles away may be considered at a reduced rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a primary stroke center environment
• Familiarity with Epic – Radiant radiology module
• Prior experience covering both CT and X-Ray modalities within a single shift
