Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a unit that serves as a bridge between PCU and ICU levels of care
• Manage and monitor ventilated patients requiring close observation
• Administer and manage critical drips with accuracy and clinical judgment
• Demonstrate proficiency in medication management across a high-acuity patient population
• Maintain a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio in a fast-paced stepdown environment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (Georgia license or compact eligibility required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IMC, PCU, Stepdown, or a comparable high-acuity setting
• Experience with ventilated patients and critical drip management
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility (as verified by the address on the traveler's driver's license) to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in units that bridge PCU and ICU levels of care
• Strong clinical assessment skills in high-acuity or progressive care environments
• Familiarity with managing complex medication regimens and titrating drips
