Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 7:00–15:30 | 5x8-Hour Shifts | No Weekends | No Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures independently in a neuro and cardiac facility setting
• Conduct DaTscans and cardiac nuclear medicine studies with proficiency
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure quality control of images in accordance with departmental protocols
• May be expected to float to nearby sister facilities as needed during the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
• Active CNMT certification required
• BLS certification required
• Valid Washington State license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler (locals may be considered under alternative terms)
• Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
• All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal
• Previous permanent employees of any affiliated facility within this health system must have been separated for a minimum of 3 months to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PET certification preferred
• Experience with DaTscans and cardiac nuclear medicine procedures
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
