Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 14-bed Emergency Department setting
• Manage a patient ratio of 4–5 patients per nurse
• Utilize electronic medical record and medication dispensing systems in daily clinical workflows
• Perform rapid assessment, triage, and intervention for emergency patients across acuity levels
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• Must be available for an immediate start — no pending time-off requests at time of placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Familiarity with Meditech or similar electronic medical record platforms
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage high-acuity patients in a fast-paced environment
