Job Title

CT Technologist – Freestanding Emergency Department (Contract)

Location

El Paso, TX | Freestanding Emergency Department / Radiology

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Friday – Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and CT angiography (CTAs) in support of a radiology department servicing all facility units
• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment in accordance with department protocols
• Utilize EMR and imaging systems including Meditech and GE PACS
• Deliver patient-centered care while working independently in a fast-paced freestanding emergency department environment
• Adhere to department dress code and unit guidelines, including navy blue scrubs and no artificial nails

Required Qualifications

• ARRT(R)(CT) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience
• Active CT registry in good standing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Ability to start IVs independently
• Experience in an emergency department or high-volume radiology setting
• Demonstrated adaptability and strong independent work ethic
• Patient-centered approach with a positive, team-oriented attitude
