Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic workflow
Collaborate with clinic leadership and obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required — PTAs will not be considered for this role
Prior professional experience as a Physical Therapist required — new graduates will not be considered
Ability to meet clinic productivity standards in an outpatient setting
Open to first-time travelers

Preferred Experience / Skills

Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience strongly preferred
Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced clinic environment
