Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU / Telemetry (Float Pool)

Tucson, AZ | IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days – 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM | Three 12-hour shifts per week | Expected 36–48 hours/week | 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a PCU/Telemetry step-down setting, managing patients at a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Monitor and manage patients on cardiac drips and those with complex cardiac conditions
• Demonstrate familiarity with TAVR procedures and Watchman/Mitral Clip patients at a minimum
• Float between multiple facilities as part of a float pool assignment — must be willing to work across assigned network locations
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Minimum 2 years of PCU/Telemetry or step-down RN experience
• Must be willing to float between multiple facility locations within the network

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for post-TAVR or structural heart procedure patients
• Background in ICU or high-acuity step-down environments
• Comfort working in a float pool or multi-site staffing model
