Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility requirements
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required (compact license accepted at start, but permanent Alabama state license must be obtained promptly)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to fulfill contract QA credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
• Minimum 30-day notice required upon end of assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation environment
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and protocols
