Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
Manage patient assignments within a 5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for ED patients across the acuity spectrum
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes
Document patient information and care accurately in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of New York (or compact eligibility)
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Prior Emergency Department nursing experience required
Ability to work night shift schedules

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma Emergency Department
Familiarity with emergency triage protocols and rapid assessment techniques
TNCC or CEN certification is a plus
