Contract | Days (0700–1930) | 3×12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for assigned patients on a primarily surgical unit, including post-operative orthopedic, gynecological, urological, and general surgery patients
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team using the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care
• Direct and supervise nursing support staff in accordance with standards of nursing practice and departmental policies and procedures
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements within the home unit and the broader facility
• Participate in every-other-weekend rotation and holiday coverage as determined by unit needs

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License or Multi-State Compact RN License required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical or related clinical specialty
• Experience caring for post-operative patients across orthopedics, gynecology, urology, or general surgery
