Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients across assigned facility locations
- Float between multiple care sites as needed to meet patient and facility demands
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards
- Maintain and present valid state or federal issued photo identification at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Alabama
- Ability to work across multiple facility locations as a float therapist
- Must carry and wear a valid photo identification badge at all times while on site
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Experience working as a float or registry therapist across multiple locations
