Job Title

Emergency Room (ER) - Registered Nurse - Travel

Location

Calhoun, GA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (12-Hour) | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a 34-bed Emergency Room setting
Assess and manage patients presenting with chest pain, abdominal pain, and related conditions
Respond to and support care for STEMI and stroke patients
Identify and manage sepsis in accordance with facility protocols
Support patients presenting with behavioral health needs

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Georgia or a compact state
Current BLS certification required
Current ACLS certification required
Prior Emergency Room nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with STEMI and stroke response protocols
Background in sepsis recognition and management
Experience caring for behavioral health patients in an emergency setting
