Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – Float

Location

Everett, WA | Outpatient Dialysis (In-Center)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday – Saturday, AM/PM shifts based on staffing needs

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of dialysis treatments and direct patient care in a chronic, in-center outpatient setting
• Provide patient education related to dialysis and kidney disease management
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians and adjust treatment plans per standing orders and individualized care plans
• Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications as directed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists
• Participate in quality improvement projects and contribute to ongoing clinical excellence initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Washington State Board of Nursing or a valid Multi-State Compact Nurse license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Previous dialysis experience required
• Must be available to work any shift (AM/PM) Monday through Saturday based on staffing needs
• Must be able to float and work across multiple clinic locations in the greater Everett/Snohomish County area

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing settings
• Comfort working in a float or multi-site coverage role
