Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
Support nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate patient care
Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Operating Room specialty experience required
Ability to adhere to facility dress code requirements (dark blue or blue scrubs)

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a fast-paced acute care or surgical setting
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
