Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Document patient progress and treatment plans using Epic EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and functional goals
Maintain compliance with all applicable state and facility standards of practice

Required Qualifications

Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license
Epic EMR experience required
BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a clinical or acute care setting
Strong documentation and communication skills
