Contract | Expected 36 hours/week | Day/Night Rotating Shifts | Every Other Weekend & Every Other Holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity emergency department environment, including patients housed in hallway spaces in addition to traditional bays
• Navigate multiple care areas within the department to retrieve patients, medications, and supplies as needed
• Manage a fast-paced, high-turnover patient population with efficiency and clinical accuracy
• Adapt quickly to a non-traditional care setting that differs significantly from a standard inpatient unit

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts or compact license eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including every other weekend and every other holiday
• Comfort working in a non-traditional, high-activity emergency department environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an emergency department or similarly fast-paced acute care setting
• Strong adaptability and ability to manage care across multiple locations within a unit
• Experience with high patient turnover and rapid clinical decision-making
