Contract | Nights | 3×12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting, including management of critically ill patients
• Manage and monitor patients requiring mechanical ventilation
• Perform IV insertion and maintain vascular access, including PICC lines
• Accurately document patient care and clinical information using Meditech charting system
• Float to other departments across facilities as needed based on a department-monitored rotation schedule

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of ICU experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Georgia RN license or Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Proficiency with Meditech electronic health records system
• Experience with PICC line placement and management
• Comfort with department-based float assignments across multiple care settings
