Contract | Full-Time | Days | 3x12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting, managing a diverse patient population
• Perform and document neurological assessments using NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Prior experience with per diem (PD) work
• Travel Order (TO) required at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
