CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x9 Hours | Primarily 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday–Friday (hours may vary) | Some weekend coverage may be required | No call

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures within a Radiology/Cardiology setting
• Demonstrate proficiency in starting IVs as required for contrast-enhanced imaging
• Maintain compliance with all facility and state requirements, including holiday coverage as needed
• Complete required lab work within 48 hours of signing contract
• Complete Minnesota Livescan fingerprinting in person within 48 hours of signing contract, on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience
• Active ARRT (CT) certification required
• Active BLS certification required
• Proficiency in IV insertion required
• Travelers must reside more than 25 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 9 months prior to starting as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Experience in a fast-paced radiology or cardiology imaging environment
• Familiarity with contrast administration protocols
