Job Title

Physical Therapist – Adult Outpatient (Lymphedema Certified)

Willmar, MN | Outpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10 or 5x8 | Start time no earlier than 7:00 AM, end time no later than 5:30 PM | No call, no weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to adult outpatient population
• Deliver lymphedema management and treatment using certified techniques
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in alignment with clinical goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Lymphedema certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Active Minnesota PT license required; pending licensure may be accepted
• BLS certification required
• Must live more than 25 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers are not accepted
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 9 months prior to starting as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
• Experience with adult lymphedema patient populations
