Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for an adult to geriatric population, including post-surgical patients and stroke overflow cases
• Perform wound care and dressing changes, manage NG tubes, CBI, Foley catheters, PICC lines, and ports
• Administer and monitor TPN and PPN therapy
• Provide pain management and support oncology and surgical trauma patients
• Document and communicate patient information using Epic (required), Pyxis, and SBAR
• Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed; work every other weekend and expected holidays per assignment schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• BLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• Full compliance with onboarding requirements must be completed by the Tuesday prior to start date; non-compliance may result in a two-week start delay
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in oncology and/or surgical trauma nursing
• Familiarity with Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Experience caring for stroke patients or overflow neurological populations
