Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Expected 40 hours/week | 8 days on, 6 days off rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures in accordance with department protocols and standards of care
• Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently across a rotating schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, and evening hours
• Participate in on-call coverage approximately once per month, with weekday call extending through 9:00 PM
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard rotation
• Float within the hospital as needed, including to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius
• Maintain current ARRT (MRI) certification and active PA or Compact state license throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of MRI Technologist experience
• Active Pennsylvania or Compact RN/ARRT license required at time of submission
• Current AHA-issued BLS certification required
• Must be willing and available to work every other holiday
• Must be willing to float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• Prior travel/contract assignment experience in a hospital or acute care setting
