Contract | Nights | Tuesday–Friday, 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform standard CT imaging studies, including stroke and trauma scanning, across a 2-scanner Radiology – CT department
• Transport patients to the ER and conduct thorough tech-to-nurse handoffs following completed scans
• Complete incident reporting as appropriate and maintain accurate documentation within Epic and FIJI PACS
• Operate department equipment including Philips 64-Slice and 16-Slice CT scanners, Carestream portable, Philips portable, and DR room equipment
• Float to X-ray coverage as needed
• Maintain department readiness through room stocking, cleaning, and coordinating with EVS for final cleaning

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification required
• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Active Utah state license required
• BLS certification required
• Traveler-provided Radiation Badge (Rad Badge) required — must be supplied by placing agency
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; valid driver's license must be submitted
• Must be available and present in-state for the full week of department-specific orientation
• Holiday availability required; call/standby requirement with a 30-minute response time

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong proficiency in CT imaging, particularly stroke and trauma protocols
• Familiarity with Epic EMR and FIJI PACS systems
• Experience with IV insertion, though not routinely required in this role
• Comfortable managing a high-volume environment, with an expected 35–45 scans per day
